Cancellations

Once an order is paid, the order cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We gladly accept size exchanges on your first order with us. If it is your first purchase and your ordered size does not fit you perfectly:

  • You can begin a return within 2 days of product delivery.
  • After we receive the article back at our facility, we will dispatch the new requested size.
  • If your requested size is unavailable at that time, we will issue a store credit note for the price of the article (excluding original shipping costs).
  • We will issue your 21-Day gift card within 1-2 days of receiving your returned parcel.* This card can be used across multiple transactions against all store items, including new arrivals and sale pieces.

Shipping Responsibility Notice:

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

• Shipping costs for sending the replacement article are to be borne by the customer.

To remain eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in pristine condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Certain items—such as custom-tailored/altered suits or items bought during clearance and major festive sales—remain non-returnable.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive an item with manufacturing defects, please follow our verification steps below:

  • 1. Unboxing Record: Since our collections feature highly intricate embroidery, manual craftsmanship, and premium delicate fabrics, we strongly require recording an unbroken unboxing video while opening your parcel package.
  • 2. Request Window: Please initiate your return request within 4 days of delivery. You will be requested to contact our team and share product verification images directly on WhatsApp.
  • 3. Resolution Options: Once your claim is verified and approved, you will have multiple flexible refund pathways available, including a full refund, online store credit, or a partial refund should you opt to keep the piece.**
