Order Processing Time

• Processing: All retail orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Operational Days: Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in New Delhi, Monday through Saturday. We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays and public holidays.
• Note: During peak festival seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Domestic Shipping: We offer reliable shipping across India. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
• International Shipping: We currently offer standard international shipping. You can place international orders directly on WhatsApp. For international queries, please contact our support team directly.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most serviceable pincodes across India. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete street address, a valid mobile number, and your correct pincode to ensure a smooth delivery.

Damages & Discrepancies

Atipoorv Palace partners with reputable courier services to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely tampered with. If you have already accepted the package, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof. Please report any transit damage or missing items to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
